Flat Rate Shipping
Regardless of your order size you will be charged the same low rate of just $14.95. Also, if you purchase a Pre-paid Photo Packet, your $14.95 covers the cost of shipping the pre-paid packet to you and the shipping of the enlargement(s) once complete.
Packaging
All canvas enlargements are carefully packaged to ensure safe and undamaged delivery of your enlargements. Each enlargement is individually wrapped to prevent damage caused by rubbing. We then, if necessary, provide additional fill to prevent the product from moving during shipment.
Design & Production Time
Once your photographs are received (by e-mail or mail), our designers typically have a proof to you within 1-3 days. Once you receive that proof, look it over carefully to see if you have any changes to make. If so, please reply to your designer with your changes and they will then send you another proof for your approval. If you do not have any additional changes, reply to your designer to indicate that you approve the design and are ready to proceed. We do not send any enlargements into production without approval from the customer. Once we receive your approval, your order will be produced and shipped in 3-5 business days.
Shipping Method
MYPB ships both by UPS and United States Postal Service (USPS) depending upon the size of your enlargement and the shipping address. If we are sending your enlargement to the Midwest, it typically takes 1-3 business days. If we are shipping to the East Coast, West Coast, or the South, it typically takes 3-5 business days
Shipping Elsewhere
Are you shipping this to someone as a gift and want it shipped to somewhere other than the Bill To address? During checkout, just indicate where you want your enlargement shipped in the Ship To field. This is a great way to surprise that special someone!

There is more than just your enlargement in every package. We also include information on how to care for your enlargement, discounts on future orders, and information about how to take the perfect photos for enlargements. Also, in the unfortunate situation you are not completely satisfied with your enlargement, we offer simple instructions on how to return your enlargement to receive a replacement.
