If you are not satisfied with your enlargement within the first year of receiving your enlargement, you are welcome to either have us fix the enlargement and send you a new one, or receive your money back. Enclosed with each enlargement are instructions on how to return an enlargement if it is defective. Acceptable reasons for a return include: defective materials, defective assembly, discrepancies from the customer-approved proof design, and shipping damage. Unacceptable reasons would be a customer receiving the canvas and then changing their mind on the canvas's design after the customer has approved the proof design, self-inflicted damage intentional or unintentional, deterioration as a result of displaying your canvas in an outdoor location.
